At a glance…

The “Youth Leadership – The Exelixis Institute", is a Non-Governmental Independent Organization with multilevel activities in the field of youth and vulnerable groups (immigrants, refugees). Educating and raising awareness of society, especially young people, in the cultural, historical, religious, social and political developments are Exelixis’ main goals. Youth leaders will be properly prepared to act as multipliers in their communities and they will play a leading role in future developments with sufficient knowledge and experience of the multicultural reality in which they are called to live and act productively and constructively for everybody’s benefit.

The Institute was founded by a group of young people, which was inspired by the Transatlantic Conference of Integrated Leaders, that took place in Copenhagen, Denmark in April 2012. It is actively involved in the country’s Immigration Policy, conducting investigations and activities that promote intercultural and cultural development of rights.
