Anna Zirdeli - Public Relations Manager

Anna Zirdeli was born in 1987 in Larissa.  She studied Management and Economics at the Department of Business Administration at the ATEI of Serres.  At the same time she worked on television and radio stations (Tvs - TV Noize - Macedonia TV).  She undertakes the supervision of the construction company "Al-art MON. LTD" while studying acting in Athens. She works for Audiotex SA and Ant1 TV for two consecutive years.


Michalis Marioras – Program & Training Manager

Michalis Marioras was born in Athens (1974) and graduated from Ionidios Model High School.
Studied at Faculty of Theology, School of Social Theology-National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (1993-1997), Université de Fribourg, Faculté autonome de Théologie protestante de l’Université de Genève, Institut d’études supérieures en Théologie orthodoxe auprès du Centre orthodoxe du Patriarcat oecuménique de Chambésy- Suisse (1998-2000), Fachbereich Evangelische Theologie, Philipps-Universität Marburg an der Lahn- Deutschland (2000-2002), Faculty of Theology, School of Theology-National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2002-2005).
Scholarships: Foundation for Interreligious and Intercultural Research and Dialogue (2000-2002), Greek Ministry of Education (1998-2000).
Languages: French (excellent), English (excellent), German (very well), Arab (only reading), Italian (a little).
During 2002-2007 worked as an instructional personnel at the Secondary Educational System (private school: Ellinogermaniki Agogi), 2008 appointed as a Lecturer, Faculty of Theology, School of Theology-National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and 2016 as an Assistant Professor to the same department. He is a member of several Review Committees of Ph.D and Master Thesis and Supervisor of Master Thesis.
Also teaches as an external lecturer to the Post Graduate Program of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens: «International Medicine Management of Health Crisis» (2010-2013), to the educational programs of Institution of Pastoral Training, Athens Archdiocese (2012-), at the School of Administration and Management of Greek Air Force (SDIEP 2009- .
During 2009-2011 was a Special Advisor at the Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs concerning religious issues such as the Islamic mosque and cemetery in Athens, the muslim minority in Thrace, migration issues, interreligious dialogue etc.
Since 2013 collaborate as a Special Scientist with the Centre for Security Studies (KEMEA) of the Hellenic Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection.
He was officially invited by the: (2012) United States Department of State to participate in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) entitled “Integration of Migrant Muslim Youth in Greece: Challenges and Prospects”, (2015) The Journalists and Writers Foundation (Istanbul), (2015) The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (Great Britain).
He is a full member of the Special Committee of Immigrants and Refugees of the Greek Church.
He has published several articles and four books: Pre-islamic Arab religions: The Expected and the Unexpected, Athens (2015, 433pp.), Islamic Pathways, Muslim approaches, Athens (2014, 285pp.), The Dialogue of Muslims and westerns scholars about Sharī‘a, vol.i, Prophet and Law in Islam, Athens (2014, 183pp.), The Dialogue of Muslims and westerns scholars about Sharī‘a, vol.ii, Sunna and Sharī‘a in Islam, Athens (2014, 371pp.).
His research interests, publications and teaching cover the field of History of Religions (especially the religion of Islam), Church and State Relationships in Greece, Religious Education, Specificities and Human Rights of Religious Minorities and Migrants.
